Warriors V.S. Nets

On Saturday, November 14 the Golden State Warriors and the Brooklyn Nets were battling out a tough game. The Warriors won the game by an 8 point lead, 107-99. The Warriors were struggling a bit during the first three quarters of the game. In the first quarter the score was 36-21, the Nets winning by a 15 point lead. At the end of the second quarter the score was 54-52, the Nets up by 2 points. At the end of the third quarter the Nets were still ahead by 7 points, 77-70. Finally at the end of the fourth quarter the Warriors caught up and both teams tied with 97-97. The game went to overtime with the Warriors still trying to fight their way through. The Warriors scored 10 points while the Nets only scored 2 points during the overtime of the game. This totaled to the final score of the game, 107-99. The Nets were really close to beating the champs, but it seems like the Warriors have a trick or two up their sleeves. The Warriors now have their 11th win and is the only team with no losses. The Golden State Warriors are off to a great start, and are doing a great job of keeping their name alive.

Lets Go Warriors!

This season the Golden State Warriors are off to a fantastic start! They are the only team out of both conferences that has not lost a game yet. They have 7 wins and 0 losses. Yesterday, Saturday November 7, the Warriors made their 7th win against the Sacramento Kings. The final score was 103-94. There are a bunch of other great teams behind the Warriors, like the LA Clippers and the Atlanta Hawks, but I think that the Bay Area has a really good chance of winning again. The Clippers have 4 wins and two losses, and the Atlanta Hawks have 7 wins and 1 loss. These two teams are real tough and I think that there might be a big possibility that they will make it to the finals. "Were better than we were last year", said Stephen Curry, team captain of Warriors. This is in fact true, they are better than last year and have improved in many areas. They have better defense, and they have composed a great team. Tune in on Monday, November 9 to see the next warriors game against the Detroit Pistons.

Standings

Basketball season has started and it it better than ever. Every team has played more than one game so far, but not all teams have won a game. Starting with the Western Conference, the LA Clippers and the Golden State Warriors have both won three games and haven't lost any games. The Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder won two games and haven't lost any. The San Antonio Spurs, Phoenix Suns, Utah Jazz, and Memphis Grizzlies all have two wins and no losses. The Dallas Mavericks and the Denver Nuggets have one win and one loss. Sacramento Kings and Portland Trailblazers have one win and two losses. The LA Lakers have zero wins and two losses. Finally the New Orleans Pelicans and the Houston Rockets both have zero wins and three losses.
In the Eastern Conference the Detroit Pistons and the Toronto Raptors both have three wins and zero losses. The Atlanta Hawks have three wins and one loss. The New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls, Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, and Miami Heat all have two wins and one loss. The Boston Celtics have one win and two losses while Orlando Magic has zero wins and two losses. The Philadelphia 76ers also have zero wins and two losses. The Indiana Pacers, Brooklyn Nets,  Charlotte Hornets, and the Milwaukee Bucks all have zero wins and three losses.
Even though there is still a lot of time left to reach the playoffs, the teams who have zero wins have to catch up and get some wins if they want to win the championship. For more information download the free NBA app for exclusive details.
